His story is one of an alien warrior who became Earth’s greatest champion. He was born on Planet Vegeta as a member of the Saiyan race , a notoriously aggressive and warlike species. As a low-ranking infant warrior, he was sent to Earth just before Planet Vegeta was destroyed by the tyrant Frieza.
